At We Clean Carpets Better, we provide an initial survey completely free of charge. This enables one of our experienced technicians to advise you on what results are likely to be achieved should you decide to proceed. It also means that we are able to give you a fixed price quotation with no hidden extra costs. Subject to you being happy with the advice and the costs we are then able to schedule the work at a date and time convenient to both parties.

During the survey the technician will be happy to talk with you in as much or as little detail as you require about the actual cleaning process.
