Dommestic Quality Control…
The Professional Cleaning Group believe that at the heart of any good service provider there has to be an effective and reliable quality control system, without this all the promises in the world would amount to nothing. At the Professional Cleaning Group we know that our system works and works well however, that does not mean that we are complacent indeed our system is always subject to review as we strive to continually improve our standards.
Excellent training forms a major part of our quality control process. All of our staff undergo basic training in Health & Safety, Cleaning Techniques, Chemical Usage and COSHH regulations.
All of our domestic staff attend regular staff meetings and training sessions. Spot visits are regularly carried out by a Supervisor or Operations Manager to make sure that the quality of work continues to meet our high standards and to deal with any staff issues or concerns.
Customers are encouraged to leave notes for our staff if they have any concerns or special requests. Likewise, staff are encouraged to leave notes for customers if they feel that something needs bringing to your attention.
