The Professional Cleaning Group takes security extremely seriously. Security is fundamental to the survival and future growth of our business. With this in mind we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff are honest and trustworthy and will treat your home with the utmost integrity and respect.

Once a member of staff or a team of staff has been allocated to deliver services at your home we do not make arbitrary changes. Indeed we do everything reasonably possible to ensure that the same staff deliver your service week in and week out.

Key access jobs are only ever carried out by existing employees that have already proved their trustworthiness, honesty and loyalty. New staff are only allowed on site as part of their induction training and as part of a closely supervised experienced team.

The Professional Cleaning Group always undertakes basic identity checks when recruiting staff. These include:

• Copies of utility bills/bank statements as proof of address
• No staff are employed without a valid National Insurance number
• Established identity via a P45/P60, a valid passport, driving licence
• All staff are paid via a BACS transfer system and are therefore required to have an appropriate bank/building society account
• All employment is subject to receipt of at least two suitable professional references
• The majority of our staff are referred to us by our existing staff
